FLOOR 2 — Sleeps 4 max Bedroom 2 — Sleeps 2 - Queen bed with attached full bathroom - includes flat screen tv, 2 vanities, bath tub and shower, large closets. Bedroom 3 — Sleeps 2 - King bed with attached full bathroom - 2 vanities, bath tub and shower, closet. Laundry room — Washer and Dryer available in 2nd floor laundry closet at top of stairs in the hallway. FLOOR 3 — Sleeps 4 max Bedroom 1 — Sleeps 4 - Includes a door, a work desk, 2 twin beds in the form of a trundle. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire townhome. Only the outdoor utility closet will remain locked. Other things to note - No taking make-up off using my home's towels - Keep trash neatly indoors - No glitter ($100 Fine) - No Smoking ($300 Fine) - Standard check in as after 3pm CT. - Standard check out is by 11am CT. - Staying past 11am will result in late check out fees of 2x the nightly rate for the night of check out. - Must notify if therapy pets are included in reservation.
