The space We have three suites available, each with its own charm. All suites have a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The house is a place to enjoy nature and get out of the routine, it is also a starting point to explore Paraty. The showers combine electricity and solar heating, so the water will always be warm. You will be able to observe the vegetation, birds, tamarins, butterflies and other animals that pass through here. The house is on top of a hill and is accessed by several stairs, which unfortunately makes it unsuitable for people with limited mobility. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to the entrance hall, kitchen, living room and garden. Because of the coronavirus, it is no longer possible to use the kitchen. It would not be possible to guarantee the safety of all guests and ours. You can store food and drinks in the refrigerator and use the microwave. Food should be consumed in the room. Alcohol will be available in the bedrooms and in the house for sanitization. You'll have the keys to your room and the main door to come and go as you please. Masks should be worn in common areas. You will have the keys to your room and the main gate, to come and go as you please. There is a designated space in the refrigerator for each suite, where food and drinks can be stored. During your stay We'll be available Other things to note We ask that you do not make too much noise at night, out of respect for other guests/residents. Please do not smoke in the bedrooms or in the house. Please use the bedroom balcony or go to the garden. Remember not to leave cigarette butts on the floor, use ashtrays or trash cans available. Please leave the kitchen in order after use, out of consideration for other users. There is space designated for each suite in a large refrigerator in the kitchen, where food and drink can be stored. The rooms are swept and the garbage is removed every day. We do not change bed and bath linens for stays of less than 5 days, normally. Exceptions may be requested. We ask that you do not lie on the bed with wet beach/waterfall clothes. This can generate a change fee, as it damages the mattress. We also ask you to keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning.
