There is 3 queen beds with a full under twin bunk bed in one room, also a full sized murphy bed in the front living room and couches in both living room spaces and an air mattres if more sleeping space is needed. There is plenty of parking on side of house and under carport the only space not open to guest is the garage that is for owners use only. No pets are allowed unless previously agreed upon if there is animals without permission there will be a cleaning fee for the inside and also outside as needed.
