The other 2 guest bedrooms each have their own access to a shared full bathroom with a washer & dryer. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second guest bedroom offers 2 full-sized beds. The downstairs living area has an open concept floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room areas, & a half bathroom. The downstairs also offers a game room which has a table that can be converted into a ping pong or pool table, or can be used for additional dining space. Wifi and smart TVs are located in each bedroom, the living room, and the game room. Mini split AC units are located in each bedroom and downstairs. A covered porch leads to your own backyard beach area for swimming, boating and fishing. There is an outdoor shower to wash off after a fun day at the lake, and a firepit area to relax by an evening fire. There is a dock, a paddle board, & some kayaks that are provided and shared with our other rental property next door. Life jackets and some beach toys are provided as well. Quaddick Lake while calm and peaceful, is a 400 acre recreational lake that can get busy on weekend afternoons. There are nearby walking trails and a State park less than a mile away. This home is on a quiet, private road with the owners just houses away should you need anything during your stay.
