Whether it be jet ski, airboat or fishing boat all are welcome – here are some things to know: Bridge clearance of 6ft or less Boats draft needs to be 3ft or less Average depth of 3ft varies from 1.5-5 ft depending on the tide. Wildlife – Manatees, dolphins, an array of fish, crabs, lizards and birds including the Sandhill Cranes all call Aripeka home! Multiple ATV/dirt bike trails throughout the area, if you have a golf cart or UTV you can ride it from Weeki Wachee down to Hudson! - check local laws before coming to make sure you are compliant with all regulations. Nearby Hernando Beach offers an array of restaurants, bars, and shopping – be sure to take a drive down Shoal Line Blvd. The area is well known locally for great cruising for motorcycles and sports cars due to the unique mix of the Florida flats and the gulf view.
