Spring Hill Shanty

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination! Located in the suburbs of Spring Hill, Florida, we're near to many desirable destinations such as Weeki Wachee Springs State Park/Buccaneer Bay, Homosassa Springs, Crystal River and Tarpon Springs. You will be about 1 to 2 hours from a few of the BEST beaches in the area. Spend your day on our local beach (Pine Island) or kayak/paddle board on the local river where you're sure to see our gentle manatee swimming by! The space Located on our property, our RV has one Queen/Full sized murphy bed. When the bed is up, there is a love seat underneath. There is one bunk bed. The dining area turns into another bed that will fit another adult or a couple of children comfortably. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is a kitchen with a freezer and refrigerator. A gas stove and microwave are available for your cooking needs. We also have a small air fryer! We have free internet and a television (no cable). You're welcome to use your Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. accounts to watch the shows you enjoy. Free parking on the grass in front of the RV. (Please no parking on the sidewalk.) Our guests are welcome to enjoy the outside patio in our backyard, which has a (gas) grill and fire pit/table (gas). A garbage can is provided inside the white fence to throw all trash accumulated during the stay. Guest access You're welcome to use the patio space in our backyard. There is a grill and fire table. Smoking is allowed in that area, just be sure to not leave any butts behind. 😊👍 Other things to note We do not accept pets, unless prior arrangements have been discussed.
