The accommodation is located on the site of an old 17th century water mill, surrounded by nature. The Hobbit house overlooks the Mill and the gaze is lost in the wilderness up to the horizon. All the ingredients are combined to meet, recharge, reconnect with nature and essential values... Alone, as a couple or as a family! The exposure is west and the view overlooks the mountains or garrigue, holm oaks and other Mediterranean vegetation share the territory. The space A river with extremely pure water flows in the middle of the estate, which is about 10 ha. The Hobbit house is at the location of an ancient ruin, the Lord of the Rings awaits you! Built underground, chestnut wood frame of the property, vegetal roof following the curves of the mountain, isolated from the Mill but close to the river! A unique house on a unique site with all comforts! The Hobbit house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people including 3 children; with an area of 85 m², it has all the comforts. In summer, the freshness is always present and in winter the heat provided by a wood burning stove is soft and pleasant thanks to the encavement of the house. Two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds on the mezzanine in addition to the large 160 cm bed and the other with a single bed on the mezzanine. TV, sofa bed, dishwasher, washing machine, jet shower. In front of the Hobbit house, you will find a magnificent panoramic terrace with table and benches in red Caunes marble and a stone's throw away, an old-fashioned barbecue, worthy of a medieval banquet. The 4m X 10m salt pool is heated when necessary and is between 25 and 28 degrees. A natural swimming pool, without the addition of products, fed by river water but with very fresh water (from 19 to 23 degrees) is accessible during the months of July and August. Around the Mill, you can walk on a green path and reach the village of Vélieux (35 min) or go back to the source (20 min) or even go on an "adventure", in the forest or along the river and who knows choose a place to picnic under a century-old tree... at the foot of the waterfall, in a clearing... Other things to note A tourist tax is applicable for any adult; it will be paid in addition by guests upon arrival. The calculation is done on a case-by-case basis because the amount varies according to the price, the number of people and children.
