The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently folds down into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet, along with a full size air mattress for a potential 5th guest. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 6'6" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
