The space Welcome to Stella Maris Exotic Cabanas! The property is extraordinarily special and private as it feels just like a small exotic resort! Perched high on the seaside cliffs of Puerto Nuevo / Rosarito you’ll catch parades of dolphins swimming by while being marveled by our marmalade sunsets, sounds of waves crashing and feel of ocean spray on your skin! Once you enter through our private entrance you’ll discover one property with two spacious 1bd/1bath exotic cabanas EXCLUSIVELY reserved for one group up to four guests traveling together. The cabanas are painted in juicy melon colors with high pitched natural thatch border roofs trimmed with ambient cafe lights. Each cabana has huge bifold windows with black-out privacy shutters to fully enjoy the unobstructed ocean cliff views while lying in bed. Each cabana has been luxuriously appointed with antique carved wood beds with Ca king memory foam mattresses layered in fine buttery soft 100% cotton linens suitable for our coastal weather, while sitting on Moroccan shag rugs, surrounded by original art work, ceiling mood lighting, scented candles, etc.. the bathroom en-suites have unique showers large enough for two with custom waterfall fixtures and citrus kissed bathing sundries, ample vanity storage and counter space, warm to the touch bidet washlet toilets, authentic Turkish cotton towels, etc.. Each of the cabanas also have a ceiling fan, remote control heater, and personal safe to store your personal items for comfort and peace of mind while surfing and enjoying our beach. The property also has an incredible sound system with access control through the free app WiiM while enjoying the fabulous outdoor lounge with large sectional sofa and wood burning fireplace, expansive outdoor gourmet kitchen and dance floor area with impeccable ocean views perfect for starry nights! There are also several oversized chaises overlooking the ocean perfect for naps in the sun after surfing or wine tasting in the Valle de Guadalupe. The outdoor gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a grill / pizza oven, full size fridge, several useful electric appliances and a spectacular dining peninsula with an unobstructed corner cliff view over looking the seaside bluffs. You’ll enjoy dining by candlelight completely secluded away from noise and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The peninsula is positioned in a way that nearly hangs over the ocean with distant city lights beyond the ocean while under the moonlit sky is beyond magical!! Truly something to experience!! Stella Maris Exotic Cabanas are perfect for pure relaxation, rejuvenation, yoga retreats, massages, surfing adventures, cooking and entertaining (pre-approved larger parties up to 30 guests are welcome) .. AND, your two well behaved Pets are welcome too! Design and Build by Leanne Michael LUXE lifestyle design Guest access The property is EXCLUSIVELY rented in its entirety consisting of two 1 bedroom | 1 bathroom ensuite cabanas suitable for up to four guests traveling together with full use of the luxurious outdoor lounge area featuring a wood burning fireplace, lounge areas and use of the outdoor gourmet kitchen. The cabanas are only rented as the entire property and are not rented separately per stay, independently and or individually outside the primary booking reservation. Other things to note Pet Policy ~ 2 well behaved dogs are welcome! A $150.00 deep cleaning fee per cabana is required upon securing the reservation. The country of Mexico does not recognize or honor US service animal policies and it is advised to look into all current policies when crossing borders with animals prior to travel. Dogs must be on preventative flea care and are never to be left alone unattended. Excessive barking is strictly prohibited. There is a designated pea gravel area for your pups to relieve themselves. Please be courteous with picking up after your pets each time with your own baggies and discard in the exterior trash bins located in the parking area. There is also an outdoor area to bathe your pups along the pea gravel area after a long day of romping on the beach! Firewood & Charcoal ~ 1 bag of charcoal with lighter fluid and 1 bundle of wood w/kindling is provided with the reservation and can be found in the kitchen stacked under the pizza oven / bbq area. Additional bags of charcoal and bundles of firewood are available for preorder and should be ordered with enough advance notice for $15.00 a bag and $15.00 a bundle of wood. ONLY HOST PROVIDED charcoal, lighter fluid and wood is to be burned ~ ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Firewood can be preordered for the outdoor fireplace for $15.00 a bundle. Sound System ~ Our sound system is an app based system which can be controlled simultaneously or independently in both the Cocina and Lounge areas of the property. Download the free app WiiM Home and follow the easy step by step instructions to use your music app playlists. Safe ~ A personal combination safe is available in each cabana for peace of mind to safely store passports, wallet, jewelry, car keys, etc.. while you’re enjoying the beach. Specialty Guest Offerings ~ We offer a wonderful menu of gourmet culinary and specialty service offerings to choose from which include our “luxury treatment” service consisting of an all inclusive package that can include a fully stocked fridge, CAKE! champagne, wine, tequila and bar essentials, bottled water, fresh flowers and scented candles in the cabanas, gourmet charcuterie and do-it-yourself pizza boards along with arranging a private chef and professional couples massages on the oceanfront deck! Wine tours to the Valle de Guadalupe, private car, taxi service and food delivery are available. Our Community “Pikin Parque” ~ Our private community is friendly and safe. We have our own community restaurant and bar “Baja Paradise”, a huge communal swimming pool and zip line ALL within walking distance for your enjoyment! Parking ~ There are two designated parking spaces on the private gravel driveway. Please drive slowly and courteously while entering and park in the designated area as not to block neighboring driveways and garages. Quiet Hours ~ Noise, music and laughter are to be at a low roar from the hours of 11PM to 9AM as we have many full time residents close by that appreciate the courteous consideration. Please inquire about weddings, small event parties and celebrations up to 30 guests with pre-approval and refundable deposit. Extended Stay Cleaning Policy ~ We would be delighted to have guests stay up to 28 days maximum with the understanding that additional weekly cleaning will be required with fees applied accordingly. Any stay over 6 days and consecutively on or around every 6th day of a stay we will preschedule at time of booking for additional full service cleaning to include but not limited to changing of bed linens, fresh towels, refill sundries and replace essentials, dust, vacuum, and fully clean bathrooms, windows, cocina, lounge areas, etc..
