The space Quiet country feel with convenient location in Spokane Valley with direct routes to Liberty Lake, Green Bluff, Mt Spokane, North Spokane, Downtown, Coeur d’Alene etc due to proximity to 1-90 and Sullivan Rd access. Close to both shopping & nature! WiFi and office space. Beautifully renovated and new. Safety features like WiFi smoke detectors, WiFi security entry, and WiFi water leakage detection. Peaceful and warm and full of extras for your comfort. Many places you can walk to under a mile: Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Walmart, Ross, Eddie Bauer, Panda, Dutch Bro, FedEx and UPS stores, Starbucks, salons, McDonalds, Fred Meyer, Taco Bell, European store, too much to list! Bicycle lanes will take you to the Scenic Centennial Trail along Spokane River 1.5 miles from our property or ~ enjoy a walk along the river. Guest access Upon arriving, the driveway is along a white vinyl fence. Address is posted on a large lavender sign in front yard. A parking space is provided on the parking pad in front of the garage on the left side. This area is lit at night by street lights on the property itself. A motion activated security camera monitors the entire front entry and parking. Entry is just to the right of the garage door and is the one with a keyless entry. You will be provided a special code designated for your stay. This code is changed upon each booking. After entering, there is a large landing before you descend down wide, spacious stairs (approx 12 steps) to another entry door which is locked from the inside once you enter if you wish. A shoe rack is by the door so as not to track snow and mud into the living space if there is bad weather. Inside the door is also a coat rack to hang your coats, purses and hats. There is an umbrella provided for your use during your stay. Other things to note Your entire space in this two-unit owner occupied home is completely private, however key functions like the breaker panel, hot water tank and main water valve serving both units are located within your space in which access may become necessary immediately. Tenants will be notified prior to owners’ entry by loud announcement if an emergency, and by prior text, call and loud announcement if non emergency. If announcement is made but no reply, owners will gain entry for the situation. These include: -Electrical panel in utility closet. -Hot water tank in back of office. -Water turn-off is behind panel in bedroom #2 closet. For safety in mind, ~ water leak detectors are placed in potential areas of flooding (toilet overflowing, drain leaks, H2O leaks, etc). Should any water leakage occur, alarm will loudly alert tenants and alert owners via WiFi. Tenants would be notified prior to owners entry if the alarm is triggered. ~ In addition to three smoke detectors, a 4th WiFi alarm is in place to notify hosts directly. ~ WiFi motion activated entry camera monitors the entrance and parking area for our guests. PLEASE BE AWARE SINCE OWNERS OCCUPY THE SPACE ABOVE, MINOR NOISE, FLOORBOARD SOUNDS, & WATER USE IS TO BE EXPECTED. KEPT AT MINIMUMS FOR OUR GUESTS’ COMFORT IN MIND!!
