This home has everything you need to have a comfy stay away from home. Centrally located with super easy access to all things Derby and just a few minutes to Wichita and surrounding areas. Situated on a private 1 acre lot on the north end of town. Newly remodeled giving you a modern stay and all the amenities you need, all in a ranch style home. Pool table, hot tub with huge back patio and tons of room to kick back and relax. The space There is a large living room with a couch, accent chairs, and smart TV. Kitchen with dining room table for 6. Three bedrooms, 2 of them have queen beds and 1 has a king Temperpedic bed with in suite bathroom. Hall bathroom upstairs as well. Downstairs has 2 couches, pool table, bar and full bathroom. In the backyard there is a hot tub, picnic table and fire pit. The driveway and back yard sidewalk is shared with the guests that live in the apartment but the entire house, back yard amenities, front driveway is all ours. Guest access You can access the whole house but not the garage or utility room. Other things to note There’s a small, detached garage apartment on the property with a quiet long-term tenant. They have their own private entrance and may use the shared driveway on the west side and backyard sidewalk for access. No interior spaces are shared, and your privacy is always respected.
