Bedroom 3 (twin bed) includes a pull out trundle for the 6th guest. Guest staying at the in-laws quarters have no access to backyard or common areas. Backyard is completely private for guest staying in the house. This guests parks on the right side of the house. POOL USE & SAFETY Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk. No lifeguard is on duty at any time. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including children. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool area. No unsupervised swimming is permitted. Diving, running, horseplay, glass containers, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests agree to follow all posted pool rules and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in removal from the property without refund. By booking and staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with pool use.
