Springy Pond Lakehouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront lakehouse in a bright & sunny location. A quiet calm area tucked away in a cove on Springy Pond. Full kitchen & bath, large deck to enjoy the waters edge and watching the wildlife. Next to the deck you will find a fire pit area perfect for smore's and star gazing. Short 25-30 min drive to Bangor and an hour drive to beautiful Bar Harbor and Acadia National park. Paddle boat and 3 Kayaks available for use. The space One bedroom with a queen size bed. One large loft with a queen size bed and twin bed. One bathroom with shower. Guest access Room for an additional person in upstairs loft if using an air mattress or cot. Other things to note Beautiful sandy beach great for shallow swimming and soaking in the views and sunshine. Or sitting in the shade at the waters edge with a good book and enjoying the afternoon breeze. Water-shoes are recommended for deeper swimming, as the bottom turns more mucky but water is very clean. The cove is great for kayaking and paddle boating. If the weather is not cooperating wifi is available with streaming ability on Roku. Xbox 360 available with many games and movies for streaming and also many card and board games available for entertainment. Cozy up with the available electric heaters if needed. No washer and dryer available. However a drying rack is available or outside clothes line to dry bathing suits and towels.
