Private Room in Recoleta

The space The average size of my apartment is 90m2 and it has two rooms available for Airbnb guests. One of the bedrooms have single beds; the other one has a large bed and all three have large closets (please check all my listings). The bathroom is shared and I provide all the necessary amenities you might require. Both the living room and the kitchen are spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, cooking utensils and next to it you will find the machine washing. In the living room there is a LED TV with HD cable and a DVD player. All the rooms in the house have great natural light and WI-FI connection. I also provide a weekly cleaning service. The building is in Recoleta, one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It is near various tourists attractions, such as Recoleta Cementary, the Obelisk and Colon Theatre. It is two blocks away from Santa Fe Avenue and 9 de Julio Avenue. On both, you will find numerous bus lines and the subway station is seven blocks away. Also, the location is a 15 mintues taxi drive away from Aeroparque Jorge Newbery Airport. Finally, in the area there are lots of restaurants and shopping malls, such as Patio Bullrich and Recoleta Mall.
