Pinewood Cottage

Pinewood Cottage is situated on 50+ acres of hillside pastures, trails, and woods. Perfect for a variety of walking, riding, biking and other activities. Originally built in the early 1900's and reimagined to create a modern farmhouse in 2023. The floors and ceilings throughout are clad in beautiful pine shiplap. The Pavilion (firepits, grill, and gathering space) is located on the hillside. "Parties," defined as additional guests or visitors, are not allowed w/o prior consent of owners The space This is a 3 Bedroom/2 bath home with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There is one upstairs and one downstairs full bath. Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bathroom 1: Downstairs features a walk-in shower Bathroom 2: Upstairs features extra large soaking tub/shower combo The kitchen with soaring ceilings, has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a huge island for meal prep and gathering. It is equipped with basic needs for cooking including a selection of spices, oil and starter supply of coffee/filters. The spacious dining area has seating for 6. The cozy main living area has a Samsung Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming apps (ESPN, Netflix, etc). No cable. The home is equipped with a washer/dryer combo. Laundry detergent pods are provided. Wifi access is provided. Old 48 Farmhouse (airbnb.com/h/old48farmhouse) is our other property nearby. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home.
