UNIQUE LOCATION: Joyeuse City, where our rental stays, is in the center of Southern Ardèche, close to the most beautiful hiking trails in the Cevennes hills, close to the rivers (Labeaume and Ardeche rivers), to the most beautiful villages of France (Balazuc and Vogüé), not far from starred restaurants (Vals, Montfleury), within range of the Gorges de l'Ardèche and of course, of the region of caves, including the famous and exceptional Grotte Chauvet. SPACE: don't be packed! enjoy 397 m2 on 3 levels! The mansion is entirely privatized for you, with (a unique fact in this architecture) a large terrace on *each floor* with a view onto the old town. Perfect for the traditional *aperitif* and barbecues... HOME SHOPPING SERVICE: in order to allow you to spend more time enjoying the region rather than the local supermarket... a concierge service is included in the rental for you arrival (excl. cost of food). On ask, you will fin your favorite shopping in the fridge, as soon as you arrive, to start the week without having to worry about running out of everything. You have the essentials of the house to yourself. Access via the main village square on the ground floor, then the beautiful 18th century staircase leads to the 1st floor with all the reception areas and a first bedroom, then the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms. We delegate on-site management to an agency most of the time, but we are present in person throughout the preparation phase of your stay and on site, by telephone and e-mail in addition to the contact you have with the management agency. Ideal for doing your shopping on foot, and for limiting use of car, always time-consuming on vacation! You have all grocery stores available in the old city center, a supermarket 10 minutes far, but also the Joyeuse provençal market on wednesdays, 50 meters far! It is one - if not the one - of the greatest of Ardeche. The historic city center is partially pedestrianized in summer. The city of Joyeuse has organized several free parking areas in the immediate vicinity. We communicate with our guests to help them find their ways at the beginning! You will be welcomed by our agency, who will be at your disposal during your stay.
