The first floor also includes a cute half bath and one of the homes two luxurious primary suites—complete with a walk-in closet, spa-style bathroom with dual shower heads, and doors leading to the lake and hot tub. Upstairs, discover the second primary suite with a brand-new en suite bathroom and breathtaking 270° views of the lake and surrounding 10 acres. Also on this floor, guests will find a cozy queen bedroom and a fun bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests. These rooms share a beautifully remodeled bathroom with double sinks, a tub/shower combo, and plenty of storage. The second floor overlooks the main living area and the lake beyond, thanks to an open half wall that fills the space with light and views—adding to the home’s airy, luxurious feel. Guest access You have access to the entire two level home, covered front porch, the expansive front and back yards, the orchard, private lakefront deck and tons of parking. The road that leads to the barn must remain accessible. Currently the barn, the garage and any locked closets/cabinets are for the owners’ use only. Please do not tamper with any locked doors or cabinets. Thank you! Other things to note A road with low traffic separates the home and acreage from the lake. Just walk across it to get to your 300 feet of private lakefront space. The use of water shoes or sandals with straps when enjoying the lake are recommended. Because the home is in a peaceful country setting, it’s possible for an occasional fly or lady beetle to find its way indoors. Our cleaning team checks the home before each stay, but we like to make you aware ahead of time just in case. Pets: We are dog friendly (maximum 2 dog policy). We kindly ask that you bring your own dog beds/blankets as dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture. Please use the dog shower in the mudroom to wash your dog if necessary, and use only the brown “dog towels” hanging on the hook with a dog and bone on it by the dog shower. (Extra dog towels are in the bin in the mudroom labeled “Dog Towels”. NOT permitted upstairs—downstairs only. Please reach out to Michelle before changing either thermostat in the upstairs bathrooms as it controls the heated floors in respective bathrooms. There is a camera on the front of the home that points directly towards the very small wooden building at the driveway entrance. This is strictly used for the owner to track packages that get dropped off in the building for his business. The owner sometimes stays in an apartment located above the garage. It is separate from the home. He quietly repairs and builds workout equipment for his business in the barn. He is open to socializing, but will not hang around the property, except at the barn or in his apartment.
