Beach Front Cottage - Turkey Point

Ideally situated on the best stretch of Turkey Points beautiful sandy beach with a gradual walk into the water. The cottage has 3 Bedrooms (one double bed, two single over double bunk beds), 1 Bathroom, Full Kitchen with dishwasher. Air-conditioning. Large deck overlooking the lake, large yard for games, private fire pit and bbq. Part week rentals and discounts are available during April, May, June, September, and October. Please Ask. The space The cottage is set back a large distance from the road and has a large yard on the lakeside with direct access to the beach. There’s a large deck overlooking the yard and the beach. We’re located away from the public beaches so you will not be fighting the crowds. Guest access Full Cottage Other things to note The cottage drinking water is provided by Bowen Water (a private water company) and is safe to drink. Our grey water system goes into a holding tank/septic system. Water conservation is required. We provide the cottage thoroughly clean and sanitized upon check in. Tenants are expected to return the cottage back to the same condition (minus the sanitizing) upon check out. If you would rather pay a cleaning fee, please advise at time of booking.
