Two separate living areas offer distinct entertainment experiences whether hosting a family game night in the main living room or watching a movie and playing piano in the lower living room. The stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, outfitted with professional appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces right in the comfort of home. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, on the main level with bathroom directly across the hall. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, on the lower level with shared bathroom in hall. Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, on the lower level with shared bathroom in hall. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. While we love pets, this rental property has a strict no-pet policy, which is important for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. Permit #: ABNB-265 Guest access Guests access the house with a keypad code directly into the beautifully designed entryway. A perfect spot to leave your shoes, bags and outdoor items prior to walking upstairs into the main living area. Other things to note WATER ACCESS: Please be aware that the property has direct access to the unfenced tidal Chauncey Creek, which may not be suitable for young children. KAYAKS/PADDLES: You can only use Kayak/paddle boards from 2 hours before high tide to 2 hours after high tide or you will get stuck and not be able to return home. For example: If high tide is at 1:30pm you can safely go out on the Kayaks/Paddle Boards from 11:30am - 3:30pm. Please review tide charts before going out on the water and pay close attention to the time. OUTSIDE DOCK: Remove items off dock when not in use. Wind will blow them away into the water. SMART TV: A Roku smart TV is available in the lower level living room; you can log into your streaming accounts during your stay. AIR CONDITIONING: There are three mini split AC units in the house. One located in the Master bedroom, the second located in the Kitchen/upstairs living space, and the third located in the lower living room. These three units do a good job of keeping the overall house cool during hot summer days. Please note, there is no AC in the remaining 3 bedrooms. These rooms have fans, and windows can be open at night, as needed. The property is located on the water and gets an amazing summer breeze.
