Delightful Duplex amongst Avocado Orchard

Welcome to Camarillo Amarillo Duplex — a pleasantly comfy space nestled next to one of the last working orchards in The Camarillo Heights! These delightful single bedroom bungalow units are well-equipped for your group to chill amongst the avocados and rustling leaves. Amenities include washer/dryer, AC, fiber-optic Internet, 2 spacious & connected patios, ample cooking & dining wares, coffee & tea options, SmartTV, toiletry essentials, spare chargers, & much more! The space These bungalows are functional, clean, and equipped to meet all your needs for a relaxing stay (long or short). Take a load off in the extremely comfy Queen-size beds. Concealed storage for your items is easy in the large armoires with hangers & plenty of drawers. We've included an iron and full-size iron board in each unit as well. The kitchens have the essentials and then some to prep tasty meals at any time of day. In the bathrooms, we have everything stocked to ensure you feel comfortable. The living rooms can either be a relaxing space for a movie or to watch the game while kicking your feet up. Breakfast Items · The Coffee & Tea Bars in each unit will allow you to make your favorite brew utilizing K-cups and the Brita pitcher. Assorted teas are available and each unit has a kettle to utilize. Entertainment · Fiberoptic Internet and WiFi is available. It is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) for any streaming apps you'd like to stay up with. This is easy with the Smart TVs in the living rooms and bedrooms. Normal streaming/digital TV channels are available incase you don't utilize any apps yourself, but want to catch the news or some game shows (PlutoTV, Tubi, etc). You can also screen share/mirror any media from your devices. Guest access Parking · You will have 4 places to park. One space in the right side of driveway (and even slightly on the gravel for a bigger vehicle) and one on the left side of the driveway. The secondary spaces for each unit is just in front of the bungalows - partially on the property and shoulder of the road. There is also ample free street parking. There is no wandering in the orchard. The bungalows and backyards are the designated areas for guests. Other things to note Random (yet helpful) Need-to-Knows · The property is part of the unincorporated county area - Camarillo Heights. This area of Camarillo is on mutual well water, which produces "hard water" (please research online if you're unfamiliar). Ultimately, it is more minerally in taste and scent. Some folks may be sensitive to this type of water as it is not conditioned/soft water... it is au naturale, if you will. We have a Brita filter water pitcher to accommodate comfort levels for cooking or drinking. As lifelong residents to the area, we do not find issue with this water type, but think it's important to give folks who aren't from the area a heads up :-)
