This convenient west-side location is less than one mile to the Scheel’s Sports Complex and within walking distance of biking/hiking trails. It's a great place to stay for sporting events, business work, traveling healthcare professionals, local events, or extended hospital care of a loved one. Recently renovated, this pet friendly home has a large fenced in backyard to corral your pups, so you don't have to walk them unless you want to. Pets 50 pounds or less and house trained are welcome. The space Cute as can be! This recently renovated home features comfortable queen-size beds in both bedrooms with Roku streaming TVs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. There's a charcoal grill in the backyard if you want to cook out. And a Pack’n’Play baby-bed is provided for your little ones to use, if needed. (The detached garage is not for use by our guests.) Location is close to Scheel's Sports Complex, biking and hiking trails, hospitals, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping, highways, airport, Illinois State Fairgrounds, Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and other local tourist sites. Other things to note Please Note: Minimum age is 30 to book reservation. House rules are strictly enforced. No parties, no uninvited guests, no violating quiet hours, no indoor smoking. Check-in and Check-out checklists are posted on the refrigerator, asking guests to accept responsibility for our home and its contents during your stay and to leave our property in the same good condition that you found it. Pet Policy: House-trained pets that weigh 50 pounds or less are welcome BUT please have pets off beds, bedding, or furniture. Please bring your own pet bedding or crate for your pets to reside. We value keeping our home allergen-friendly for all guests. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required due to pet hair, odors, stains, or accidents. All pet waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of in designated trash containers.
