The space The Experience Our studio cabin is designed specifically for couples. Situated on 4 private acres, you have plenty of room to breathe while being minutes from the action. Location & Access We are located right off I-35, which means you get "easy in, easy out" access. • 8 minutes to Lake Murray State Park. • Quick drive to the Casinos. • Avoid the long and dark backroads; our location is convenient and easy to find. Neighbors Please note that our neighboring Airbnb is located about 2 football fields away. While the cabins are well-separated, you may occasionally hear distant echoes of other families enjoying their vacation, especially during the summer season. Guest access Access is to entire cabin. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to the our cancellation policy in place at the time of reservation. Please make sure you understand the cancellation policy prior to making reservation. It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance during the check-out process. If you have declined travelers insurance and experience unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to process a refund if outside the available cancelation window. This is a studio cabin. Similar in size and layout to a standard hotel room. There is not a separate bedroom with door. Note: This property is subject to Love County Burn ban regulations. When a burn ban is in effect the fire pit cannot be used. KITCHENETTE: There is a Keurig, microwave, and toaster along with a set of dishes and silverware. There is not a stove or oven. There is a small kitchen table with seating for 2. LIVING ROOM: Features a 55" Roku TV. Please bring your own login credential to access Netflix or other tv apps. Roku TV is free to use. This TV swivels so it can be viewed from the couch or the bed. BED AREA: 1 king bed with 4 king pillows OUTDOORS: There is a covered deck out back and accessible immediately as you walk out the back door. This deck has lighting for at night. Off the deck you will find a fire pit with wood provided. There is a wood pellet grill for cooking with pellets included. NOT INCLUDED: Stove, oven, laundry machines, bathtub, closet, dressers. If you need a specific item you do not see listed in the pictures or in our descriptions, or info links; then please reach out to us for clarification. NOTE- this cabin property has exterior outward facing security cameras that are clearly visible at the driveway and front corner of the cabin. There are no cameras at the rear of cabin, near the back deck, or hot tub area. NOTE- this cabin is located near a creek and in the country. Wildlife is present. If you are allergic to bees or other insects this cabin may not be suitable. Although this cabin is treated regularly by a professional pest control company you still may see spiders, ants, bugs, etc. NOTE - this cabin has a max guest count of two people. Children are not permitted. NOTE- this cabin is located off of US 77. At times you may hear traffic when you’re outside. Generally speaking you will not hear traffic inside this well insulated cabin.
