This property is conveniently located very close to Lakehead University and the Thunder Bay Regional hospital. Minutes away you’ll find the Canada Games Complex, Community Auditorium, and Thunder Bay’s downtown core which includes shopping, many local restaurants and the Gateway Casino. Directly across the street is a bus stop. The space Guest will have access to the entire house and a driveway big enough for multiple vehicles. The house includes four bedrooms (one queen sized bed and three king sized beds). Three of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s and cable. The living room is spacious with seating for everyone and includes a smart TV with live cable, as well as a PlayStation 5 with a selection of games and 2 controllers. The kitchen is well equipped with cook essentials and appliances. The dining table is large enough to seat everyone. With central air condition to stay comfortable even on the warmest nights. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, minus one storage closet in the laundry room. This home is one side of a duplex, so the backyard is shared. Other things to note -Please note we are located on a busy street, be patient when exiting driveway -The basement “bedroom” does not have it’s own door. -No smoking or pets inside unit -Please no outside shoes on in the apartment -Apartment is stocked with a starting amount of supplies, for extended stays, guests will need to purchase their own supplies above what is originally provided (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc) -Security cameras are present outside to monitor the yard and driveway
