Your 3rd floor apartment includes a fully-stocked BRAND NEW CUSTOM FARMHOUSE kitchen: •coffee maker with complimentary coffee, creamer and tea •complimentary pancake mix/syrup •electric range/oven with brand new stainless vent hood •refrigerator •dishwasher •microwave •pots/pans/bakeware •place settings for 8 ppl •slow cooker/crock pot •blender, toaster, mixer And numerous kitchen essentials! It also includes spacious living room and dining areas and large bedrooms. Accommodations include an over-sized master bedroom with queen size bed/linens, dresser and upholstered chair; a large 2nd bedroom with full size bed/linens, dresser and desk with chair; and a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds/linens and dresser. A queen air mattress with linens is also available providing sleeping arrangements for 8 guests. We also provide a complete towel set (bath towel & wash cloth) for everyone. Each room is equipped with its own thermostat and Air Conditioning unit, so temperature can be adjusted for your comfort. All rooms also have darkening blinds for sleeping and complete privacy. For an additional fee, you get up close and personal with our horses, grooming them, learning their story, and riding through our beautiful wooded trails! Lots of open space and yard areas, your view overlooks the horse farm from every window. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful farm stay with private driveway and parking. Enjoy a walk through the large grassy courtyard with magnolia, cedar and endearing tall pine trees, or a stroll through the wooded trails, as you are greeted by horses. A fire pit is available in the spacious backyard that overlooks the horse paddocks.
