Welcome to this charming cottage just 150 meters from Sjunnarydssjön, a lake known for excellent fishing with pike, perch, and zander. The property features its own jetty where the included motorboat (18 ft with 4 HP motor) is moored, making it perfect for fishing or exploring the lake. The area also offers a lovely swimming spot, a spacious 800 m² garden, and a sun deck for relaxing outdoors. The cottage is ideal for those who enjoy both tranquility and outdoor activities in scenic surroundings. Inside, the cottage has a fully renovated kitchen (2013) with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The bathroom, also renovated in 2013, includes a shower cabin, washbasin, WC, and underfloor heating. There is a comfortable living room with a pellet stove, TV, DVD player, radio, and a sofa bed area separated by a curtain. The bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe space, and the large conservatory (24 m²) plus a 16 m² sun deck provide ideal spots for dining and relaxation. An outdoor shower is also available for a refreshing experience. The area is located along the road between Eksjö and Nässjö, 10 km in each direction. A cycle path connects the towns and makes it easy to get to both Eksjö and Nässjö by bike. Eksjö town is one of Sweden's best preserved wooden towns with architecture and memories from more than 4 centuries. Skurugata (20 km), perhaps southern Sweden's most peculiar natural phenomenon with an 800 m long fault crack. Astrid Lindgren's World is 70 km away.
