The space This modern, newly built two-story home is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a spacious retreat. The house features a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. The spacious downstairs master suite features dual sinks, a garden tub, a separate shower, and a 55" Smart TV for relaxation. Another bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bunk bed, a 55" Smart TV, and its own private bathroom, providing guests with both comfort and privacy. Upstairs features a living/game room with a 65’’ Smart TV, foosball table, office desk, and queen sofa bed, plus two ensuite bedrooms (each with a 55” Smart TV). One bedroom has two queen beds; the other includes a bunk bed with queen and full-size mattresses, suitable for adults and children. The open-concept main living area is perfect for gathering and relaxation and also has two queen-size sofa beds. It boasts a cozy fireplace, a large 75" Smart TV, and is filled with natural light thanks to normal size windows and a sliding door that opens onto the backyard. Step outside to enjoy a spacious backyard, which features a massive patio complete with an outdoor fire pit, kitchen, and hot tub. There's also a balcony and full privacy fencing, creating a perfect setting for outdoor entertaining or unwinding in peace. Guest access The guest have access to the whole house apart from the shed outside of the house. Other things to note No pets on the beds and couch. Security cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only exterior of the house. Eufy camera doorbell at the front door. 1 in front of the garage facing the driveway and 3 facing the backyard. The 3 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard.
