The Exchange - A Historic Downtown Owosso Studio

The Exchange is a cozy studio in a historic year 1900 building on Owosso’s charming Exchange Street, just two blocks from downtown. Enjoy the apartments original inlaid hardwood floors, warm gold, olive, and sage tones, a comfy sleeping area, living and dining area, separate work space, and stocked kitchenette. Perfect for a peaceful stay with easy walkability to shops, restaurants, the riverwalk, our local performing arts center, and arts council. The space This is a 4 unit building built in 1900. The main entrance door opens to the building foyer. The Exchange is in Apartment 4, straight ahead from the main entrance. Guest access Please enter the main door using your smart code, sent prior to check in. Once inside the foyer, your apartment is straight ahead (Unit 4). The key is inside the lockbox, mounted right by the apartment door. You will use the lockbox code to open, and close the box. Other things to note - I have a pack n’ play and high chair on site for little ones. - I also have an available roll-a-way single sized bed by request.
