Quiet Safe neighborhood with a park down the road. Healthy discounts for extended stays. The space As soon as you pull up to this quaint cottage style home, you will feel at rest. Mature neighborhood. Quiet relaxing park/playground/lake within walking distance straight down Oak Ave…Small Cozy Comfortable space with a old wood floor appeal throughout. Three Private Bedrooms that are Dedicated for quest use. Full Living and Dining room that comfortably sits 8 people either socializing on couches or around the diner table. And of course private full kitchen and bathroom dedicated to you. Full yard with back and front porch and a charcoal grill if you choose. Guest access Guest will have private access to the entire house except my Basement apartment downstairs where I am living. That includes Three bedrooms Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room and Dining Room. Landry Room is only space the is shared with me. It is located in Basement but is a private separate room from my living space so quest can enter at any time. My basement apartment which is a totally separate space with it's own entrance, bathroom , kitchen, etc. So I never enter upstairs space while quest occupy. I will be either on the lower level, separate bedroom, or completely out of the house. Available if needed, out of the way if not Guest has private access to entire two upstairs floors of house. Enter through private back entrance into kitchen. To First Floor Bedroom , Dining room and Living room or up stairs to two Second Floor Bedrooms. You will have access to entire first floor. I will be available as a host if and as needed but will stay quite and to myself unless needed. I have a Cat that will be closed off with me in my Private room during your visit.
