The open living space makes it easy to cook, dine, and hang out together. With MULTIPLE SPEEPING AREAS designed for comfort, families and groups can settle in with ease. Step outside and soak up the quiet COUNTRY SETTING - the kids can run and play, the adults can unwind by the FIRE PIT, and the whole crew can make the kind memories that only happen when everyone stays under one roof. Guest access You will have full access to the entire home and the 5 acres of outdoor space to relax, play, and make memories. Enjoy all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, dining spaces, laundry room, and of course - the game room (where friendly competition is highly encouraged). There is plenty of parking on the property for multiple vehicles. NOTE: The inside of the barn and its surrounding area are NOT accessible to guests. You may park your cars in the carport and RV parking area, but please do NOT enter the barn. We want everyone to stay safe and happy, so please be mindful around the pasture areas and out buildings. Be aware that Texas is home to many bugs (like those pesky fire ants & wasps) and snakes do like the country atmosphere. BE SAFE and STAY AWAY if you see them. If a door is LOCKED, it is just a storage of super thrilling adult things (THINK supplies and zero treasure maps)! So no FOMO needed! We want you to enjoy this home and property, those parts we leave open to you. :-) Other things to note To maintain a clean, allergy-friendly, and family-focused environment, THE EDDY HOUSE is a pet-free home, We kindly ask that guest do not bring pets of any kind. We are also a HARD ALCOHOL - free property. Beer, wine, and champagne are welcome in moderation, but HARD LIQUOR/distilled spirits are not permitted. "Hard liquor" includes beverages such as vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey, bourbon, gin, and similar high-proof spirits. We do welcome trained service animals in accordance with the law. To protect the home and ensure comfort for all future quests, service animals must be CRATED while unattended inside the house. For the safety of the animal and integrity of the space, service animals MAY NOT be left loose indoors, confined in any room or bathroom or left unattended on the property. Guest are responsible for any damages caused by a service animal.
