Please note the bathroom is in the main bedroom and accessible via the white door in the photos. The space We are in the country on well water. It always has good water pressure, but some guests have mentioned on occasion the water will have a earthy smell like a lake. If this happens all you have to do is turn the water on for a few minutes and it will clear the line. This happens on occasion when Texas changes her mind about the weather. Though the aquaphor we are on is the same one Ozarka runs through we do have water filters for the shower and plan to get a system for the entire house. If being in the COUNTRY and dealing with a little dirt is not for you please do not book. We are located down a paved road and the parking is plentiful, but there is dirt in the driveway. Dirt will come into the home when you enter. Other things to note We are in the country. There are deer...lots of them. There are bugs outside...we do spray inside once a month as well for control. Sometimes they sneak in if the door is left open. We also spray for bugs in the main parts of the yard, but we are in the country. We have well water sometimes you have to run the line when the weather randomly pulls a "Texas Change"...if that's not your thing we understand. We are on septic...no it's not connected to the well water. Thats not how that works. The bathroom is in the main room. It is accessible through the white interior doors in the photos. The directions will come via a message with a Google maps link for your convenience. We have all the amenities with peaceful country charm. We love all of our guests, but our place may not be for everyone and that is ok.
