The newly renovated and tastefully furnished basement apartment with about 25 sqm living/sleeping room is located within a two-family house, and has its own entrance. Thus, privacy is well taken care of. Airbnb's recommended cleaning will be carried out in accordance with the cleaning handbook created by Airbnb and experts. Cleaning supplies and disinfectant for cleaning during the stay will be provided to guests. This beautiful domicile offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A new double bed with high-quality linen, a modern couch, a clothes shelf and a large desk. Exciting movie nights can be enjoyed on the large flat TV. On cold evenings, the fireplace can also be used for particularly cozy hours instead of regular infrared heating. The hallway leads to the high-quality toilet/bathroom area as well as to the kitchen. The sanitary area impresses with brand new tile and floor coverings as well as a large shower line. Fresh hand towels are always available on the bathroom shelf. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Here is a 2-plate stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and other useful small kitchen appliances. In addition, there are of course plenty of cooking utensils such as pots, pans & bowls. In the kitchen cupboard you will also find glasses, cups, plates and of course a cutlery service. Shops serving daily needs (Penny, Edeka, etc.) are located in Marklkofen with about a 10-minute drive. Gangkofen-Kollbach is an ideal starting point for numerous activities. From here, it is just a stone's throw to the popular leisure time of Bavaria Park. In about a 30-minute drive you can reach the Rottal Terme in Bad Birnbach with Europe's longest spa stream. In only 10 minutes by car you will reach Lake Vilstal, which is extraordinarily popular with sailors & surfers as well as by bathers. For lovers of vintage agricultural machinery, the popular Lanz Museum is located in Mitterrohrbach/municipality of Rimbach. Also, Germany's oldest folk play in a spectacular setting, "Der Drachenstich" St., always takes place in August in Furth im Wald. You can experience a real adventure with about an hour's drive in St. Englmar. Here is a great climbing park for all ages. Guests have access to the guest room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as the associated hallway. We only go through our hallway once a day to reach our wood warehouse/workshop. Here you can also have breakfast outdoors in the summer months, for example. A garden lounger is also available for relaxing. Other things to note Adequate free parking is right by the property.
