Cleaning supplies and disinfectants for cleaning during the stay are provided to guests. This beautiful home offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A new double bed with high-quality linen, a modern couch, a clothes rack and a large desk. Exciting movie nights can be enjoyed on the large flat-screen TV. On cold evenings, the fireplace can also be used for particularly cozy hours instead of regular infrared heating. The hallway leads to the high-quality toilet/bathroom area as well as to the kitchen. Gangkofen-Kollbach is the ideal starting point for numerous activities. From here it is just a stone's throw to the popular Freizeit Bayern-Park. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Rottal Terme in Bad Birnbach with Europe's longest thermal spring. In just 10 minutes by car you will reach Lake Vilstal, which is extremely popular with sailors & surfers as well as bathers. Germany's oldest folk play in a spectacular setting, "the dragon sting" St. always takes place in August in Furth im Wald. A real adventure can be experienced with about an hour's drive in St. Englmar. Here is a great climbing park for all ages.
