Cleaning supplies and disinfectant for cleaning during their stay are provided to guests. This lovely home has all needed for a comfortable stay. A new double bed with quality linen, a modern couch, a clothes rack and a large desk. Exciting film evenings can be enjoyed on the large flat screen TV. On cold evenings, instead of using regular infrared heating, the fireplace can also be used for particularly cosy hours. Through the hallway you can access the high-quality toilet/bathroom area as well as to the kitchen. The sanitary area boasts brand new tile and flooring as well as a large shower line. Fresh towels are always available on hand on the bathroom shelf. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Here you will find a 2-burner stove, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and other useful kitchen small appliances. Of course, there are also plenty of cooking utensils such as pots, pans & bowls. In the kitchen cabinet you will also find glasses, cups, plates and of course a cutlery service. The kitchen is also equipped with a high-quality AEG washing machine. This apartment is equipped with a free Wi-Fi access. Unfortunately, after 3 free-roaming cats are at home with us, dogs can't stay with us. Daily shops (penny, Edeka, etc.) are located in Marklkofen with about a 10-minute drive. Gangkofen-Kollbach is the ideal starting point for numerous activities. From here it is just a stone's throw from the popular leisure of Bavaria Park. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Rottal Terme in Bad Birnbach with Europe's longest thermal stream. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach Lake Vilstal, which is exceptionally popular with sailors & surfers as well as bathers. Germany's oldest folk theatre in spectacular scenery "the dragon engraving" St. takes place in August in Furth im Wald. You can experience a real adventure with about an hour's drive in St. Englmar. Here is a great climbing park for all ages. The Bavarian forest with all sorts of leisure activities can be reached in around an hour's drive. There is plenty to discover and experience with us. Guests have access to the guest room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as the associated hallway. We only walk over our hallway once a day to reach our wood warehouse/workshop. Otherwise, guests are undisturbed. In addition, there is no garden table with 2 chairs in front of the entrance to the basement, here you can also have breakfast outdoors in the summer months. A garden lounger is also available to relax. Other things to note Ample free parking is directly on the property. We only ask to park in the direction of travel. Next to the entrance to the first floor is a little garden, here you can have breakfast, for example. A garden lounger also invites you to relax. Since there are 4 cats at home in our house and property, dogs can unfortunately not live with us. A washing machine is integrated in the kitchen. For longer stays, something can also be washed here in between. However, we ask our guests not to dry anything in the rooms in the winter months. Talk to us, we are happy to dry their laundry in the tumble dryer for them. In the summer months, this can also be done in the yard, by means of a drying rack.
