Little Camp Bungalow

The Little Camp Bungalow is a small 1950's house that has been completely renovated. The space has two bedrooms, one new full bath, a new kitchen, dining area, and living area. The windows are large and the house is always filled with light. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, The Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Tryon Theatre, and all that downtown has to offer. We are also 13 miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center. We welcome long term renters. The space (While there are two single beds in the smaller bedroom, please note that the second twin is a pull out trundle) There is off-street private parking for at least two guest cars. There is a patio and new gas grill for guests to use as well. Our acre and a half property is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Guest access Our bungalow sits next door to our home. There is a patio with a blackstone grill, both of which are available to you. The large fenced in back yard with seating is also available. Other things to note Please note that the recent price increase of 15% is a mandatory one set by Airbnb It reflects a change in fee structure that we had no say in. Our net to us stays the same, and Airbnb still gets the 15% added fees. I firmly believe that Airbnb just wanted to make us look greedy, instead of the corporation looking that way, they have placed all of their fees on the host side of the platform.
