Our subdivision has access to hiking trails and we are only a short drive away from the downtown square where you can find food, shopping and more. This guesthouse was created as my massage business and moonlights as a rental for the weekends. No massages during rental. The Swim Spa temp is 85-95 degrees in summer and 100-104 in winter and is private The space This property is a detached guesthouse. You may see us coming and going. This buildings main purpose is my massage business so you will see some instructions on things to not touch. It won't interfere with your comfort level though. We are located right by I-55 and therefore, some traffic noise at night can be heard. We do provide earplugs if needed. The living area has a tv with streaming access to log into. Small refrigerator and microwave are available as well as a dual Keurig with multiple pod options. Bring your own grounds and filters for drip option. Salt water Swim Spa is available for guests. Please read our handbook for special instructions. NO SMOKING in the building but please feel free to smoke outside. Guest access Full access to guesthouse. Guests do not have access to the backyard but do have a small seating area up front. Registered guests may use the swim spa/hot tub. The hot tub is private but not secluded. We do have security cameras around the exterior of house. Other things to note We are located close to the I55 interstate. We are a 2 mile drive from fast food options such as McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Arby’s. As well as shopping at Walmart. We are less than 3 miles away from downtown Perryville where you can eat, drink and shop. —Nearby places of interest: Missouri National Veterans Memorial, National Shrine of our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, St. Mary's of the Barrens, American Tractor Museum, Perry County Community Lake--Missouri Department of Conservation all within 10 minutes.
