The space With these two separate 2-Bedroom suites, you don’t have to choose between the resort feeling and home living; you get both, effortlessly. • The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in. • There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 800 feet apart.  • Each unit can accommodate up to 5 guests. 🛏️Bed Configurations: • First Bedroom: King bed 👑 • Second Bedroom: Queen bed or two twin beds (This is a timeshare condo, and this property has multiple two-bedroom units. Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a queen bed) The staff can always join the twins to create one larger bed if desired. • Living Room: Comfortable Murphy bed 🛋️ In each unit, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for hearty meals or morning coffee, and a private balcony for evening wine. ✔ The property does not have elevators. Stairs are required. Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well. ✔️ The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, the pictures are from typical units, and the exact apartments are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 800 feet apart.  ✔️The property does not have elevators. Stairs are required. ✔️ Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. ✔️ Parking is available for two vehicles in total near the condo. Additional vehicles can be accommodated on the street outside. ❗This is a timeshare property, and guests are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you to attend one; you have the freedom to decline their invitation.
