The only exception is one locked closet in the master bedroom, which is reserved for owner storage. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock; your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Other things to note Pool Safety: The pool is 3 ft in the shallow end and 8-9 ft in the deep end. The slide has a 200 lb weight limit. The spa is a shallow, non-jetted section of the pool. The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. By booking, you and your group acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using the pool. Pet Policy: A fee of $125 per pet (under 50 lbs) applies. For larger pets, please inquire, as fees may be up to $150. Pet owners are responsible for all cleanup. Allergies: Please be aware that we are a pet-friendly home. If you have dog or cat allergies, we advise that you do not book this property for your safety and comfort. Provided Amenities: We provide a starter supply of coffee. Guests will need to provide their own charcoal for the grill and firewood for the fire pit. Security: For your security, there are cameras located at the front and back exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home or in the private backyard area. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $100 fine. Check-Out: A standard fee of $100 applies for any approved late check-outs.
