Three bedrooms on the main floor feature plush king-sized beds with soft linens and cozy pillows, while the fourth bedroom in the finished basement offers a comfortable queen bed. For additional sleeping space, the entertainment room’s couch easily converts into a bed. Bathrooms: Enjoy two full bathrooms—one conveniently located on the main floor and another in the basement. Both are easily accessible from living and sleeping areas, so no one has to wait. Living & Entertainment Areas: The heart of the home is the cozy main-floor living room, perfect for relaxing with a FireTV or catching up over coffee. Downstairs, the finished basement doubles as an entertainment hub with a large FireTV, ping pong table, and dart board for endless fun. Kitchen & Dining: Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, featuring a dishwasher, freezer, and a combo Keurig/coffee pot for both K-cups and drip coffee. Message us & ask about our early check-in/out options Guest access Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. Cancellation Policy: Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel more than five days prior to arrival, minus any processing fees. Cancellations within five days of arrival are non-refundable. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior host approval. Please notify us after booking if you plan to bring a pet. A fee of $50 applies for one pet, or $100 for two, which will be collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and we provide dog bag stations for convenience. The backyard is fully fenced, making it perfect for your furry companions!
