Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 5. Lock All Doors & Windows: For safety, please lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. 6. Missing or Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for any missing or broken items during their stay. Replacement or repair costs will be charged accordingly. 7. Towel Use: Towels are for personal use only — not for makeup, spills, or cleaning floors. Misused or stained towels may be charged as damaged. 8. No Third-Party Bookings: Only the person who books may stay. Please do not book for others. 9. Guest Limit: Extra guests must be approved before check-in. 10.
