The Eagle's Nest, Studio Apt w/Queen Bed, Roku TV

This is what AirBNB's were meant to be back in the beginning, someone's extra space. This is a small studio apt built above a woodshop, out in a pole barn. Also on the property are my 4 top rated AirBNB's that I put a lot of time and meticulous care into... that is not this apartment🙂 Perfect for college students, interns, and temporary workers. Although up to 2 guests are permitted, you should consider the tight quarters prior to making the reservation. The space It is small, but built well, clean, and free of bugs. The sheets and towels are quality, but due to signs of wear they are no longer used in my premium Airbnb's, but they are still fully serviceable and clean. The AC/heat works great, the shower is hot, and the pillow top mattress is comfortable. The 55" Roku TV includes subscriptions to Paramount Plus, Apple TV, Prime Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Friendly TV, Acorn, Hulu, and Disney +. The kitchenette has a coffee maker (K-cup style) hotplate, toaster, microwave, air fryer and crockpot. The Laundry Room is located on the other end of the property in the same building with my other AirBNB's. Any guest staying at the "Eagle's Nest" would simply request a code to the lock to gain access. Located in the same area as the laundry room is a partially covered outdoor grilling area complete with a gas grill, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Marijuana use is not permitted on the premises. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. If you are caught smoking inside you may incur a $100 extra cleaning fee and/or be removed from the property without a refund.
