Other things to note ✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. One of the few homes in Ashland where you can walk to both Lake Superior and downtown. Air Conditioning window units are seasonal. Construction Notice: There is active construction taking place on a neighboring property during daytime hours, and guests should expect noticeable noise while outdoors, particularly on weekdays. Inside the home, the noise is significantly reduced thanks to the air conditioning units, sound machines provided in each bedroom, and complimentary earplugs for light sleepers. Evenings, nights, and early mornings are generally quiet. If you plan to spend your days exploring Ashland, Lake Superior, and the surrounding area, this is unlikely to impact your stay. If you’re specifically looking for complete daytime quiet for remote work or relaxing outdoors, you may wish to consider this before booking.
