MAIN DESCRIPTION Belonging to Residence La Rotonda, a residential complex surrounded by greenery with a splendid seasonal outdoor pool, Cottage 34 is a welcoming renovated two-room apartment composed by double bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa beds, kitchen and a covered veranda with a patio, a common green area. It can accommodate up to 4 people with comfort. The Residence La Rotonda is located on the outskirts of Baja Sardinia in the Cala Bitta area and overlooks the homonymous beach, reachable on foot in just a few steps. Facilities include air conditioning in every room, free seasonal Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, seasonal condominium swimming pool, children's play area and sun terrace with sun loungers. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION The apartment is located in a reserved and quiet area of ​​the residence, surrounded by hedges and by a well-kept common area with green lawn. Cottage 34 has a private entrance and a covered veranda with a dining table. The entrance opens onto the comfortable living room with two sofa beds, a dining table, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning; on the same level bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A door leads to the kitchen equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and a windows overlooking the garden. On the upper floor is a double bedroom with air conditioning. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets. The condominium complex offers a seasonal outdoor salt water pool with shallow water area for children and sun terrace with loungers and swings for children. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
