Cozy House located near Nine Mile Plant

A split level house located in a quiet area of Fulton NY. 2 acres of land with back deck to enjoy the weather. Only 15 miles from the nuclear plant- perfect for those working the outage! Will be sharing some areas with me. I am gone most of the day and will stay out of the way of any guests, however I am available should you need anything! I do have two cats, they are both very friendly, but you will most likely see them wandering around during the day. The space It is located only 5 miles from the city of Fulton, 10 miles from the city of Oswego, and 15 miles from the nuclear plant. Guest access Bedroom, Office, Kitchen, Sunroom, Living Room, Downstairs Bathroom, Basement, Back deck During your stay I am available if you need. If you prefer to be left alone then you’ll hardly notice I’m even there! Other things to note The bedroom and bathroom on the top floor (on the right side of the hall) are off limits. Guest bathroom is on the bottom level while bedroom is on top level. Guest bedroom is across from host’s bedroom In the kitchen there is a trash and a recycling bin. The trash is on the right (black) and recycling is on the left (brown). Please place anything perishable or food related in the trash, and any paper, cardboard, or plastic in the recycling bin. The house runs on a well and septic system, so if the power should ever go out during a stay it’s important to not run any faucets or flush the toilets until the power returns. I have two cats that will be around the house. Please keep your bathroom and bedroom doors closed when you’re not around to keep them out. They are new to the household and are in training (training on not scratching & jumping) and are not allowed outside. The black kitten is super friendly and is learning not to walk under people’s feet- just be careful as he does currently do this!
