It is just a 2 minute walk to the historic village shops, restaurants, coffee, and more. Uber or drive to Providence in just 10 minutes! We are also only a 10 minute drive from T.F Green airport! Relax with a beautiful water view of the harbor from your bedroom, or have a cup of coffee / glass of wine on your private deck. This listing sleeps a maximum of 2 people, and has parking for 1 car ONLY. There is no street parking for additional vehicles. Any day time guests must leave by 9pm, total occupancy must not exceed 4 people. Your guest suite is equipped with a washer and dryer, a kitchenette with a Keurig, mini fridge and cooktop, and a brand new memory foam queen mattress. You will have a private deck furnished with lounge chairs to enjoy during your stay, and a beautiful view of the cove from your master bedroom. The cozy living room is equipped with a smart tv with complimentary Hulu and Netflix. You can have up to 2 guests in this one bedroom queen suite. There is a separate unit on the 1st floor of the property, this is separated by a door between the units with a deadbolt and padlock that only the host has the key to, so it cannot be opened by either unit. There are no shared spaces between the units other than the driveway. Please respect our neighbors, their privacy and their quiet. - Please no parties or events, playing loud music, or being loud in general. We don’t allow pets so that we can keep the guest space allergy free. Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, vaping, marijuana, etc.) in or on the property. No burning candles or incense, and no outdoor grilling. No glitter or confetti. Please only use the driveway during your stay, as there is no overnight street parking in the city of Cranston. We have wonderful neighbors that are very close so please consider them when you are using the outdoor spaces. We live just down the street and are available by text, phone call, or email if you are to need anything. The guest suite has a self check-in keypad if we are unavailable to welcome you when you arrive. This property has unobstructed waterviews of the harbor that is directly across the street from the house. Pawtuxet Village is a 2 minute walk up the street with plenty of restaurants, yoga studios, nail salons, ice cream, etc. Providence is just a 10 minute drive or easy Uber ride from the house! The first floor of the house is a separate listing on Airbnb so there will most likely be guests while you are there. They have a separate private entrance located on the first story deck in the back as well as their private entrance in the front of the house. Please be respectful of their privacy and quiet during your stay.
