Casita Azul

Located off of a popular street in Astoria, Ditmars - Casita Azul resides on a quiet tree lined street & is perfect for short term stays. There is a Queen sized bed with access to a private bathroom & separate entrance. 10min walk to major grocery store, pharmacy, & restaurants Location: 1.1 miles from LGA Midtown is a 21 min drive & the local trains to Manhattan are the N & W lines. Citibike Station + the Q19 bus + the Q69 bus are at the end of the block The space Guests will stay in the large Queen Sized studio with an attached private full bathroom and private entrance. My husband and I live directly upstairs but you will have full privacy. Please expect a little foot traffic noise from above during day light hours - as much as you would hear in standard apartment living. My husband is also a pianist and may play from time to time between 11am-7pm. We are open to adjusting our schedule if needed. Guest access To access the lower level apartment, you'll walk to the right side of the home via private walkway and enter from the rear entrance of the home. Please note access to the full kitchen is not provided however there is a coffee station, microwave, and mini refrigerator in the studio. Other things to note No parties, no loud music, no smoking, and no pets please.
