This is a long-stay property — designed for snowbirds, remote workers, and guests who want to settle into Holmes Beach for a month or more. The great room's entire glass wall retracts completely — inside and outside become one flowing space, opening to the heated pool on one side and a covered patio with retractable awning on the other. This is the defining architectural feature of the home, and it works in both directions: the pool deck extends into the great room, and the great room extends onto the pool deck. The pool has three cascading water walls, blue and white mosaic tile, built-in loungers, and a sun shelf. A mature palm grove surrounds the yard — towering palms and tropical foliage that create complete privacy in a residential neighborhood. The kitchen was designed for serious cooking. Professional gas range, prosumer appliances throughout, pearl iridescent mosaic tile backsplash, dark granite countertops, an LED-lit curved island, and a second galley-style prep area with beverage refrigerator.
