This cozy holiday retreat can accommodate 2 people, with a garden, terrace, and parking space. Perfect for a nature vacation, a short getaway, cycling, hiking, and simply kicking off your shoes, sitting back, and relaxing—including by the crackling fireplace and in the cozy outdoor sauna. Feel free to bring your furry friend along for the perfect nature experience. The space We offer a great vacation home on 3000 m² of land with natural vegetation, in the middle of the Brandenburg lake landscape and the Dahme-Heidesen Nature Park, including an attractive environment. Beautiful, cozy and not overdone, you can find good distance from today's often hectic influences, sit down to read by the pond or listen to the sounds of the forest. Bike paths are very close and invite you to explore the beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of opportunities for culinary enjoyment, coffee and cake, sitting on canals, etc. The leisure activities offer pretty much everything you like to do (hiking, cycling, swimming, paddling, lounging, etc.) The house has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room & toilet, outdoor sauna, fireplace. The cottage is located between forest and fields in the middle of a nature reserve. The vacation home and property are at the guests' disposal during the stay. We'll be happy to let you know in advance if there are any outstanding issues. Guest access Dear guests: The vacation home is at your disposal for the entire stay. Please let us know an email address for additional information about the house before your arrival. Other things to note Please let us know your phone number before your arrival so we can send you the directions and numerical code for the entrance gate. The vacation home is located in a secluded location in the middle of a nature reserve and has electric heating and is fed by groundwater. We provide our guests with "still water" in sealed bottles for drinking, etc. free of charge. For any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. P.S. since questions about value for money arise again and again: The service fee that guests pay to Airbnb when booking is purely a cost that Airbnb charges for the booking and has nothing to do with us as hosts. Additional costs and information during the stay: Dear guests, Electricity costs incurred will be charged at €0.40 per kWh on departure, a bag of wood at €5. A security deposit (for electricity and wood consumption, will be charged after departure and the difference will be refunded) in the amount of € 100.00 is required before arrival.
