Welcome to Lola’s house! Our cozy home offers a spacious kitchen equipped with RO water, open living room, and inviting bedrooms with comfy beds. It’s perfect for families, groups, traveling professionals, and family visitors. Guests and cotravelers must be identity verified. Enjoy games, and large TVs for watching movies and relaxing. Explore Tyler, stroll through the local businesses in Bullard, or catch a fish at Lake Palestine close by. Whatever it is, you’ll love coming home to this house. The space Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a Reverse Osmosis system, and is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, and additional basics. Bedroom 1 The master features a Sterns & Foster pillow top king bed, tv, 2 closet spaces, and a private restroom, with a shower, and a desk to set up a work space. Bedroom 3 Guest bedroom features a comfy sealy posturpedic pillow top, queen bed, tv, and large closet. Bedroom 2 The third bedroom features a bunk bed, with a posturpedic twin mattress on top and comfortable queen on the bottom. Guest bathroom The bathroom has a shower and tub, as well as a washer and dryer. Living Room The living room couch has a pullout xl full-size bed that is actually comfortable. The living room also includes a large TV and many board games, and puzzles for family time. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and patio. There is a ramp to the side entrance, for anyone who may need to access the property in a wheelchair, or can’t use steps. Other things to note Bullard Park is just up the road. We are close to Lake Palestine for those who love fishing. Also, not too far from Lake Tyler. Walking distance to Bullard city center, and the grocery store. Quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors.
