3 Bedroom Apartment in Hopewell

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people, is dog friendly, has a nice elevated deck, and a fire pit. The property area is 1/3 acre. There are two round swings. Close to everything, including state and county parks, airport, The Mall at Robinson, and local grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to interstate 376, less than 20 minutes to the Pittsburgh Airport and less than 40 minute drive to Downtown Pittsburgh. The space IMPORTANT ACCESSIBIlITY INFORMATION This is an apartment above the 4 garage spaces behind our primary residence with a large shared driveway with plenty of parking. There will be no access for our guests to the garage spaces. The entire living space is elevated, so guests must climb a set of stairs. There is a new chairlift ready to carry those folks who who would prefer a ride. There is one stair inside the living space, a single step up to the main and spare bedrooms. Guest access Guests can access all spaces except for the attic and garages. The driveway is large, flat, and shared with us, the hosts. There is a section of driveway just for the apartment to park but also you may park in the larger driveway area if you have more than 2 cars. There is room for 6+ cars in the driveway (if you don't mind shuffling them) and at least 3 on street spots. The neighborhood is not dense and the road is pretty flat at our property. So, parking will not be an issue! Other things to note It is a quiet, close knit neighborhood, people are private yet friendly. There are lots of dogs and kids and deer, you have to watch out for deer when driving. The third bedroom is basically a spare bedroom, where we have camping cots with pads in the closet. There is a side entrance/exit to the apartment to and from the spare bedroom. Altogether there are two queen beds, a pull out sofa, a full-size reclining sofa, and three cots with pads. The super fast Wi-Fi extends to each deck and the yard with 5 powerful wireless access points. The Internet connection is 2 gigabit Comcast Xfinity. A gigabit Ethernet "hard wire" Internet connection is available at the desk work area in the living room. The desk has a Windows 11 desktop computer and an all-in-one printer scanner copier. A color laser printer is available in the main house as a backup. You may use the desktop LCD monitor as a second monitor for your laptop by using HDMI or full size DisplayPort. The wireless keyboard and mouse can also be attached to your laptop by moving the USB receiver to your laptop. Technical assistance is available from the host. The HVAC heating and cooling is easy to use with a new Ecobee thermostat with air quality monitoring included. It's microphone is turned off. The HVAC ducts were cleaned last year and a UV germicidal sterilizer in the HVAC filter kills viruses, bacteria, mold, and any other living or infectious thing. The water is purified through 7 filters/stages; 40 micron spin-down filter, 20 micron, 5 micron, activated carbon, KDF, 1 micron, and finally a magnetic water softener. Your hair and skin will feel better, not dry or itchy, after your first shower.
