Across the river and a bit further of a drive is Rock Island Resort which is also a local favorite. DAMAGE FEES: Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the condition it was in when they arrived. Guests are responsible for paying all "reasonable Damage Request amounts" for any damage they cause. CLEANING FEE POLICY for EXCESSIVE CLEANING ! We kindly ask all guests to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. This includes both inside and outside areas of the home. If the property is left excessively dirty or messy—such as stained furniture, food spills, trash scattered inside or outside, or damage requiring extra cleaning—a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
