Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom cottage gem with a view of Lake Erie. We call it "The View from 52". Take a 30 second stroll to the beach or sit on our very spacious deck and watch the action on Lake Erie while you sip a cup of your fave beverage. Take a wine tour at several close-by wineries in the area or go for dinner in the "'Burg". This is a cozy, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage in Amherstburg, ON with lots of character and ohhhh, so cozy. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, our home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—just steps from the lake. The Space This bright and comfortable home is designed to help you slow down and enjoy your surroundings. Cozy living room with a beautiful stone fireplace. Two comfortable bedrooms with themed bedding. There is also a double pull-out couch in the front room for extra space. Bright dining area filled with natural light. Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. A fully-stocked coffee bar including tea and hot chocolate. Thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel at home (including a homemade sweet treat). Guests often tell us the space feels even more welcoming in person than in the photos. The Best Part – The Lake 🌅 Step outside and experience the true highlight of this home—Lake Erie right at your doorstep. Enjoy your morning coffee with peaceful water views. Watch stunning sunsets in the evening. Relax, unwind, and take in the calm lakeside atmosphere. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Additional sleeping space available for extra guests (double pull-out couch in front room). Comfortable, clean, and designed for a great night’s sleep. Guest access the whole house Other things to note There are no laundry facilities in the cottage, however, about 7 min. away in the Town of Amherstburg, there are laundry facilities Please park on the grass for now, as we are in the process of putting a driveway in once the ground thaws. Please dont park in the neighbour's driveway (to the East of us); it looks like it's ours but is not. Thank you.
