The space You enter the apartment through the front door that opens to the stairway that leads to the second floor apartment. This entry is private from the first floor where the owners live. They enter their space through the side door. This apartment has a foyer at the head of the stairway with two recliner chairs and a large bedroom with two queen beds. There is also a multipurpose room with kitchenette and a full sized hide-a-bed. This is one of the three beds declared in the amenities. The kitchenette consist of a countertop and cabinet with sink, a microwave, hotplate, a toaster oven, and refrigerator. This oven and hotplate is what is declared as an oven and stove in the amenities. There is a large back yard for guests to enjoy. And a basket ball hoop. A crochet set will be available to set up here, come spring. Parking is available on the driveway and in a standard size garage, so space is available for two vehicles. Guest access This is second floor apartment with stairway leading from the front door. This entry is private from the rest of the house.
